Hello again I'm sorry to disturb you again.
Can I to know your reasons for this identify?
my identify keys are: 1- number of fingers in the wings 2- white color in head 3-color of shoulders and abdomen 4-white spots wings 5-the shape and form of tail
But some of my Ornithologist friends, are against me they say: 1-length of the black color in Fingers is too Long, and it cannot be in Red Kite. 2-spots in white Stain in wings are very dark and plenty, and it cannot be in Red Kite. 3- Distribution map of Red Kite has a very little chance
I'm truly delighted Knowing your ID and this for me is a proof in the end:
Is it possible to share it picture by some of your friends and send their opinion for me (with their names)?
Thanks a lot

As for the kite, I believe it is definitely either an intergrade or a hybrid between Red and Black Kite. It looks superficially good for a Red, but the barring of the tail, and also of the primaries (particularly the outer) is too distinct and too broad, the shape of the tail is also not good for a Red and there is something wrong also with the wing-formula (although this is difficult to judge). A difficult bird to assess, and additional pictures would be helpful.
